The new HiBore from cleveland is absolutely fantastic! The 1st drive I hit with it was certainly 20 yards past anything the Taylormade had produced, maybe a bit more! I know it’s relatively early days, but that can only be a good thing and i can only see this driver improving – I would highly recommend the XL to anyone. This was a great review! Finally went to the course a couple of days back having bought a set of Taylormade R7 draw irons. It is loud, straight, long and fun to hit. Slightly changed my set up, lowered the tee height, and wow, was I impressed.
The red gave me the trajectory I was looking for, lower with more roll. The scary thing is, the less power you give it, the further it seems to go.

The two that were not in the fairway were blatant miss hits, but they were still long and very playable. I am 17 and been playing for about 4 months, about 3 times a week. Bought a demo XL 9.
With this driver I feel confident of a dead straight tee ball, and usually get it, or else a tiny little fade that I like just as much. Bibore shafts have a high kickpoint and low torque for trajectory control.

That cuts off a LOT of distance. I live in Las Vegas and this club gives me high launch with alot of zip on it so the spin is pretty low which allows for a 30 to 40 yard run out on these firm desert fairways.
Would recomend to any hi to mid handicapper. I just swithed to a 9.
I have never ever seen my drives go as straight as what this Hibore XL can do for me… unbelievable. I find myself teeing the ball up much higher than I ever have before, and it seems to be working for me.
